ETC offers training programs designed to maximize sports performance. ETC’s advanced programs combine strength, speed and agility training and nutritional guidance in order to achieve results and maximize athletic performance. Besides its individualized training programs, ETC offers clinics and camps designed to maximize gains in strength, speed, agility and quickness as well as sports specific clinics such as basketball, football, baseball and soccer. A few of the clinic offerings include:

“Speed and Agility Clinic” - This clinic addresses the fundamentals of warm-up, sprint mechanics, coordination and agility basics. The clinic serves as an introductory to our training programs and will also educate athletes and parents on the advantages of sports performance training. Participants also learn that to be successful, they will have to learn the benefits of hard work, maintaining a healthy diet, adequate rest and sustaining a positive attitude.

“Performance Enhancement Clinic" – This clinic focuses on speed and agility development. The program is designed to increase overall athletic performance through the development of explosive speed and quickness, agility, flexibility and improved reaction time.

“Strength and Power Clinic” – This clinic focuses on the development of strength and power with a focus on increased power and explosiveness. The exercises and drills utilized through this program are specifically designed with age, maturity level and coordination in mind.

“Speed Development Clinic” – This program focuses on improving the speed, agility and quickness of elite athletes in order to enhance athletic performance regardless of the sport. In this program, athletes learn techniques to achieve improvement in the following areas: First step quickness, acceleration, explosion and change of direction.
